    1954年12月设县计划委员会，办公室设在县统计科，负责国民经济计划的编制
和统计工作。1956年1月计委与统计科分开办公，主要任务是制定国民经济规划和
计划。1959年6月，统计科并入计委。1962年计委与统计科分开。“文化大革命”
中计委被撤销，业务工作由县革委生产指挥部计划工交组负责。1968年3月设县计
划办公室。1975年9月改为县计划委员会办公室。1979年1月恢复县计划委员会。
1982年3月改为市计划委员会。
