    地租  有物租、分租、钱租三种形式。佃户春、秋两季向地主交粮。1933年，
物租每亩地年交粮最高75公斤，一般50公斤，最低40公斤；分租有三七、四六、五
五成之分，每亩最高交粮65公斤，一般45公斤，最低35公斤；钱租每亩最高交钱8
元，一般6元，最低5元。
    雇工  分为长工、月工、短工。长工耕种地亩，有的兼做杂役，年工酬一般1
.5～2石粮食。有女长工专做家务活，年工酬一般2～4斗粮食；短工受雇于农忙季
节，工酬按亩计算，收入甚微。
    高利贷  月息一般3.5～4.5分，粮则春借一斗，夏还斗半，钱粮到期还不上，
即转利为本，本再生息，俗称“驴打滚”。借贷户到年底无力归还，即将其土地房
屋典出抵偿。
