    旧社会，家庭财产继承权一般只限于男子(养子须经宗族承认)。1950年
颁布《婚姻法》后，配偶、子女(包括婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女和有抚
养关系的继父母)、兄弟、姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母都互有继承权。但女子继
承和寡妇带产改嫁，在农村阻力很大，往往需经法庭处理。
