    1970年，农村各小学开办“育红班”，全县办起487个班，入学幼儿25459人；
用小学一年级教材，设语言、计算、唱歌、美工四门课。1977年,改称“学前班”，
入学年龄为6岁，在教学上参照幼儿园大班的教学内容和教学方法。至1984年全市
有454个班，入学幼儿14413人。
