    “农业合作化”前，村民在自己土地上建房，面积不受限制。其后，村民建房
须经过当地政府批准，在指定的地点建筑并规定用地数量。1970年以前每户宅基地
一般为0.34～0.378亩，1970年后为0.23～0.34亩。1980年后，泰城近郊和办事处
住地，每户宅基地一般为0.2～0.25亩。平原地区每户为0.2～0.35亩，山区、丘陵
地区一般为0.2亩，在山坡荒地建房允许扩大到0.4亩。
