    建国前境内鱼类和水生植物基本是自然繁衍，无水产养殖业。建国后，主要利
用水库、池塘实行集体养殖。1979年开始重点扶植专业户和联合体搞水产养殖。至
1984年，全市专业户51个、联合体40个，总收入分别为19万元、26万元。
