    1958年，兴建黄前水库开始移民。此后建水库，同时办理移民。至1978年，共
移38个村庄的1.41万户、5.82万人。国家累计投资398.45万元，帮助移民调整土地
43795亩，人均0.77亩；建房4.54万间，人均0.78间；打机井31眼，挖大口井23眼，
建扬水站52处，发展灌溉面积1.69万亩。
    中共十一届三中全会后，广大移民开垦荒山，植树造林，发展庭院经济，逐步
解决了收入偏低的问题。
