本编包括岱岳区总工会、共青团岱岳区委（简称团区委）、岱岳区妇联、岱岳区科协、岱岳区残联等5个人民团体。其中，区总工会、团区委、区妇联、区科协四个人民团体纳入区委管理，区残联归区政府管理。除区残联成立于1991年之外，其余人民团体均于1985年5—6月份成立。在1985—2013年期间，上述各人民团体在很大程度上均行使了政府行政职能，各项事业得到全面发展；各人民团体组织逐渐健全，队伍逐渐壮大，在社会发展中所起的作用
