    1961年5月，开始受理犯人又犯罪案件，是年受理33起，决定起诉加刑18起。
1979年～1984年共受理113起129人，决定起诉加刑93起108人，其中以脱逃、盗窃、
伤害案件为多。1981年受理在押犯重新犯罪案件22起23人，从中选择典型案件，起
诉加刑，严厉打击。同时对在押劳改犯人进行政策教育，收到良好效果。1983、
1984年开展“严打”斗争，严厉打击犯人又犯罪活动。
