    出纳工作担负着发行基金和现金收、付、整点、保管、调运及损伤票币的兑换、
销毁、调剂市场主辅币和现金供应等。1951年起，具体规定了出纳制度、任务范围
和职责，现金收付原则等。1979年要求钱帐分管、双人临柜、管库、守库、押运，
坚持执行复核制度，严格交接手续。
