    1984年对工农业产品改征产品税，分为工业产品和农牧水产品，共25类、270
个税目、349个税率，按产品流转额依率计征。其中消费品、奢侈品税率较高，为
30～60％；生活必需品和支农产品税率较低，为3～5％。是年征收税款2240.9万元。
