    1962年8月开征。凡在集市上出售的旧钟表、旧自行车、猪、羊、家禽、肉类
及生姜、核桃、栗子等土特产品均予征税，由销售者交纳，税率为5％。1962～
1965年累计征收税款144.7万元。1965年底停征。
