    1950年，在泰城心中乐、桃园春、异兰芳3家饭馆开征筵席税，在中西、连升
两家旅馆征收旅馆税。依率计征，每次筵席消费3元以上，征税10％；旅客每次消
费2元以上，征税5％。1951年共收税款0.2万元，1952年征收0.5万元。1953年1月
停征。
