    1929年,境内须贴印花的票证26种。其中按件贴花的15种，按面值贴花的11种。
由邮政局发售，税款直解中央。
    建国后，1950年对商事、产权等立书或使用的凭证征税。农村土地证、已贴花
凭证副本、车船、飞机客票及行李票免税。1951年征税款20.9万元。1957年征税款
39.6万元。1958年9月1日停印花税,并入工商统一税。
