    1979年， 区内执行省标准局规定，争创优质产品。4月，对规划中争创优质的63种
产品，进行标准化鉴定审查，并参加小麦良种评选和新产品鉴定等。1983年，对全区35
处公社办水泥厂的化验室进行整顿，其中有33个化验室达合格标准。是年，对化肥厂进
行监督检验，对冷饮、食品进行检查检验，对批量或小批量生产的无标准产品分类排队；
制订产品质量标准59种。
