    (1871～1942)字雪舫。旧官吏，开明人士。东平县大羊村人。
    幼年在本村私塾读书，后随东平教谕傅旭安求学。1902年中举人，1903年中进
士。就任清廷刑部主事，曾作为第一批留学生到日本学习政法3年。民国初，任临
时参议院议员、第一届众议院议员，哈尔滨中国银行行长兼任海关总监督。1921年，
辞职到济南市居住，参加山东省“红会”，兴办慈善事业。1937年底，日本侵略
军占领济南后，伪山东省省长唐仰杜(侯延爽的世侄)，多次请他到伪政府就职，均
被他严词拒绝。1942年，病故于济南。
