    拾金不昧历来为区内传统美德。建国前民间拣得钱财衣物、牛马家畜，主动归
还失主。建国后，拾金不昧广为发扬。特别是在校学生、少先队员、共青团员、共
产党员表现突出。拣到一分钱、一只铅笔，大到数千元、上万元人民币，都想方设
法交还失主，突出事例屡见不鲜。
