　　8月10日,市史志编委会下发《关于基层志编修有关问题的通知》，对编修乡镇志、村志、专业志、行业志等基层志在方案报批、篇目制定、志稿评审、审查验收和出版印刷等程序上作了规范。这是4月份市政府办公室《关于积极推进基层志编修的通知》的配套性文件，对于落实依法修志，保证编纂质量，推动基层志书规范、有序、扎实地开展将起到重要作用。
