建泰山灵佑宫铜碑，位于泰山碧霞祠院内香亭以西，与天仙金阙铜碑东、西并列。东经117°06′11.1″，北纬36°15′19.7″。明天启五年（1625）立。
敕建泰山灵佑宫记碑通高4.08米。碑首为方形，高0.95米；碑趺为梯形，高0.92米，宽1.4米，厚0.78米，碑首与趺皆饰浮雕式二龙戏珠。碑身高2.21米，宽1.01米，厚0.31米，碑额为“敕建泰山灵佑宫记”，额阴为“圣德神功永传亿载”。碑文主要记载了修建灵佑宫（即碧霞祠）的情况。建泰山灵佑宫记碑碑体金碧辉煌，辉人眼目，其在形制、体量、装饰方面与《天仙金阙碑》基本一致。
