    茅园大泉，位于东平县老湖镇东北部的茅园村西北，东经116°21′，北纬36°00′。距县城13公里。因位于茅园村附近，故名茅园大泉。
    现围泉建有水池一座，池水面积约1000平方米，水深达1.7米，池水溢出流入跃进河，流量为0.1～0.3立方米/秒，可供当地村民灌溉农田和饮用。1959年后，附近还建起了鱼种场，用以发展渔业生产。
