    古称龙泉观、妙香院。创建无考，明嘉靖二十一年（１５４２年
）重修，初为道观，清初改为尼庵，属临济宗。宫分前、中、后院，中院正殿
祀先天斗母大圣元君和二十星君泥塑像，东配殿祀观音、文殊、普贤菩萨，清
末后院正殿、配殿增祀碧霞元君、送生、眼光等道教诸神。神设均毁于“文化
大革命”期间。今中院正殿置地藏菩萨铜像。１９８２年重修。尼正品住持，
尼６人。
