<div class=txt><pre><FONT size=3>

    位于碧霞祠院内香亭以西，明天启五年（１６２５年
）立，通高４．０８米。碑首为方形，高０．９５米，碑趺为梯形，高０．９
２米，宽１．４米，厚０．７８米，皆饰浮雕式二龙戏珠。碑高２．２１米，
宽１．０１米，厚０．３１米，碑额为“建泰山灵佑宫记”，额阴为“圣德神
功永传亿载”。碑文记载了修建灵佑宫（即碧霞祠）的经过。碑体金碧辉煌，
辉人眼目，与《天仙金阙碑》东西对峙。
