    立于宋大中祥符二年（１００９年）十一月。碑高３。５０
米，宽１米，厚０。４２米，杨亿撰文，尹熙古书并篆额。碑文行书３２行，
满行８１字，共２１８４字，字径２。５厘米。额篆书“大宋天贶殿碑”，２
行６字，字径１５厘米。碑座为正棱台形，上宽１。５８米、下宽１。６８米
，上厚０。６３米、下厚０。８８米，高０。４３米。碑立于岱庙天贶殿
前西碑台上，现残缺４５５字。此碑述得天书建天贶殿经过，是研究岱庙和天
贶殿的宝贵资料。碑阴刻明天顺五年（１４６１年）《重修东岳神庙碑记》，
薛宣撰文，陈铨行书，李篆额。
