    位于斗母宫东北、经石峪西炮高岭上。为明隆庆六年（１５
７２年）都察院右佥都御使总理河道提督军务万恭所建。亭为四柱方形石亭，
边长６．１~６．６米，通高４．４米。柱上施角梁、扶角梁、金枋、单脊四注
顶，浮雕瓦垄、勾头、滴水等，柱间上部施额板。
