    位于崮山镇大崮山村北山巅，坐北朝南，有玄武帝庙、三
官庙、半穴式殿堂、墓室３座、明至民国年间碑碣７块，均置于长３４米、宽
１８．６米的围墙之内。为明代所建。现除正殿只剩残垣断壁外，其余尚完整
。
