    位于万德镇西房村南首。窑洞为仿木结构砖券而成。面阔３间
，中间开门，两次间开内门各成里间，外看为后高土层打的窑洞。从建筑形式
看属明代所建，现保存完好。据当地人传说，系明代后期名柳御史的京官被贬
来此避难所建。
