    位于长清县万德镇坡里庄村西。寺建在高６．５米的台基上，面
阔３间，进深３间，单檐硬山顶。创建于元代，明代重修，现存大殿１间及明
弘治、清乾隆年间重修碑各１块。寺三面环山，清溪绕前，古木参天，谷幽院
静。现寺为坡里村林场住用。
