    1991年，市委统战部设办公室（原为市委统战部秘书科，1989年3月改为办公室）、党派工商科（1990年12月设立，其前身为统战科和联络科）、研究室、干部科、联络科（1988年7月由统战科改设）5个科室。机关编制24人。1996年，机构改革，设办公室、党派工商科、研究室、干部科、民族宗教科（1996年12月由联络科改设）5个科室。机关编制21人。1999年12月，设立培训科，市委统战部科室增至6个。2001年11月，撤销培训科。2002年8月，设立市海外联谊会办公室（正科级全额预算管理事业单位）。2010年，济宁市委统战部设办公室、党派工商科、研究室、干部科、民族宗教科5个科室和济宁市海外联谊会办公室1个事业单位。人员编制21人。
