    全市各级财政部门认真落实积极的财政政策，大力培植财源，强化收入征管，全市财政收入由1991年的7.22亿元增加到2010年的169.25亿元。严格支出管理，调整优化支出结构，财政保障能力明显增强，财政支出由1991年的8.07亿元增加到2010年的252.19亿元，为经济和社会各项事业发展提供了有力保障。
