    位于鱼台县张黄镇，规划面积4.6平方公里。2009年7月规划设立。以盐化工为主，重点发展烧碱、氯、氢系列产品，建设循环经济特色专业园区。
    2010年，园区内拥有金威煤电等企业7家。总投资26亿元的金威煤电“双30”先期“15万吨烧碱、15万吨pvc”生产线试生产；总投资1.32亿元的金威华盛有限公司一期年产2万吨氯乙酸项目、总投资1.1亿元的济宁圣奥精细化工有限公司一期年产1500吨氧化蒽醌项目建成开始生产。
