    济宁市大部分文化馆、图书馆和基层文化中心建于20世纪七八十年代，有些已经退化、老化。按照有关要求，市文化局多方筹措资金，新建和改建部分文化设施，加快推进基层文化设施建设，最大限度地满足广大人民群众的需要。
