    制定全市职业病防治、放射卫生、生活饮用水、公共场所、农村环境卫生监测工作方案并开展技术培训和指导，承担职业病、学生常见病及健康影响因素监测等项目工作，接受全省职业病防治规划中期评估，配合监督机构顺利完成双随机监督监测任务，全市农村饮水监测实现以乡镇为单位全覆盖。
