    根据区域用水总量监测任务书的要求，明确各县（市、区）水利局、县级水文中心职责任务，发挥县级水文中心组建后人员配置强的优势，对典型农灌区、地下水典型地块加密测次，监测数据全面完整，督促各单位按时完成原始资料的汇交和整编工作。《济宁市2018年区域用水总量监测报告》和《济宁市2018年度区域水功能区水质监测报告》编制完成。
