    济宁市境内设有水文站49处，其中国家基本水文站13处，中小河流水文站23处，城市水文监测站10处，专用水文站3处；水位站27处，其中国家基本水位站5处，中小河流水文站13处，城市水文低洼地水深监测站9处；辅助站25处，雨量站107处，蒸发站8处；墒情站12处，地下水动态观测井383眼，水土保持监测站2处；区域用水总量监测站86处，水功能区和水源地水质监测站点291处。
