    落实共同责任机制。3-5月，在全市范围内开展违法违规用地专项整治“百日行动”。市政府先后对违法用地严重的县（市、区）和乡镇政府主要负责人进行警示约谈，对8起重大违法用地案件公开挂牌督办。2017年度卫片共整改违法用地578宗、面积4049亩。提前开展2018年度卫片执法检查工作，重点抓好“大棚房”问题清理整治。确保信访形势持续稳定，受理来信来访120件，其中群众来访70件197人，群众来信50件；受理复查案件14件，已全部办结。
