    印发《关于加强耕地保护和改进占补平衡的实施意见》《济宁市高标准农田建设统一上图入库工作方案》《济宁市县级政府耕地保护责任目标考核办法》，加强耕地保护顶层设计。规范征地工作，上报省建设用地报件125个批次、面积2.03万亩。加快推进土地整治项目。启动与省土地储备中心的战略合作，与任城区等县（市、区）签订战略合作协议，实施梁山县整乡镇“土地整治+”等示范项目，为邹城、汶上、梁山争取土地储备债券9亿元。全市完成土地整治项目50个，总投资3.43亿元，规模8.23万亩。建成高标准农田10.63万亩。新增耕地2.23万亩。
