    全市规模以上服务业生产稳定增长，市场预期持续向好，成为稳定全市经济增长、促进转型升级的重要引擎。全年1466家规模以上服务业实现营业收入474.32亿元，增长16.1%，以互联网、软件信息技术服务业、商务服务业为代表的营利性服务业保持较快增长，其中科学研究和技术服务业实现营业收入39.38亿元、增长24%，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业实现营业收入78.66亿元、增长14.6%，租赁和商务服务业实现营业收入68.34亿元、增长10.7%。
