    积极争取协调，于2018年11月6日启用市司法局、济宁监狱新办公区。积极向市领导、厅领导汇报机构改革意见建议，做好机构调整改革工作有关方案论证和申报争取工作。主动对接有关方面，处理济宁监狱退危后续事项和问题，监狱改扩建经费保障得到预期性落实、工程进展顺利；市强戒所新所建设手续办理完毕，具备开工建设条件，2018年底破土动工。
