    优化“一组三队”编成，培训复训司务长、炊事员、驾驶员，应急保障能力得到提升，在总队后勤专业比武中，支队取得团体第四名的好成绩。深入推进“清仓归零”整治活动。推动暖心惠兵工程，持续推进金乡、济宁中队新营房建设，设立50万元救助基金，慰问特困官兵，组织干部士官健康体检，协调解决13名转业干部报到安置，为20名官兵子女办理入学入园，激发官兵安心本职、岗位建功的内在动力。
