    市政务服务中心群众满意度一直保持在98%以上。承办市直机关“强落实、强服务、强效能”聚力放管服改革专项行动启动仪式。建立健全“互联网+政务服务”、改进提升政务服务大厅管理、健全帮办代办体系等工作制度。将中介服务事项纳入政务服务系统平台，引导中介服务机构进驻网上中介超市，市级公布的17个部门、单位的43项中介服务事项完成上网，68家中介服务机构正式入驻“网上中介超市”。组织开展廉政窗口、文明窗口、效能窗口创建活动和好作风建设检查、效能明察暗访、专项治理等活动。
