    全年完成市政府重大课题17个、专项课题40个、咨询课题2个，编发《内部情况通报》45期，提升政府执行力、重点工程督查问责、“510”企业培育等一大批调研成果进入市委、市政府决策。协助省政府研究室完成的“乡村振兴”“运河文化建设”“四好农村路建设”在更高层次进入领导决策。形成的《统筹推进大运河文化带建设问题研究》得到省委主要领导批示。全市有18篇调研报告获全省政府系统优秀调研成果奖，其中一等奖2个、二等奖1个、三等奖15个。
