    红十字会是依照《中华人民共和国红十字会法》和《中国红十字会章程》开展人道主义工作的社会救助团体。承担备灾救灾、募捐救助、应急救护培训、遗体角膜器官捐献、红十字青少年和国际人道主义救援等工作。济宁市红十字会编制8人，实有工作人员13人，设办公室、综合业务部、事业发展部3个部室。
