    残疾人康复救助被列为市、县两级政府2018年为民办好十件实事项目。市、县残联会同有关部门制定《关于做好残疾人康复救助实施工作的通知》及残疾儿童康复、贫困肢体残疾人假肢适配、支持性服务等配套方案；截至11月下旬，全年共提供残疾人基本康复服务58802人，康复服务率达100%；其中，0-9岁残疾儿童康复服务人数达到1806人；配发辅具7810件。认真组织实施贫困肢体残疾人基本型假肢适配，为313名肢体残疾人免费适配假肢。协同卫计部门开展残疾人家庭医生签约服务，全市残疾人签约人数达9.5万人，精神病患者签约2.7万人。残疾人康复工作的经验和做法在《中国残疾人》杂志上刊发。
