    严格永久基本农田划定保护，全市划定永久基本农田750.69万亩，完成“落地块、明责任、设标志、建表册、入图库”等工作，通过国土资源部审核和省国土资源厅现场验收。推动耕地建设性保护，完成土地整治和高标田项目28个，总投资4.85亿元，规模36.6万亩，新增耕地2.73万亩，建成高标准农田8.58万亩；完成城乡建设用地增减挂钩和工矿废弃地复垦项目34个，总规模5624亩，节余指标4677亩。
