    成立信息产业招商办公室，通过以商招商、精准招商、产业链招商等方式，先后在北京、上海、深圳等10个城市举办近20场系列专题招商活动，积极对接各类企业高校、平台院所，IBM、比亚迪、比克电池、百度爱奇艺、文思海辉、软通动力等IT龙头“集群式”落户。截至2017年年底，全市在建信息产业重点项目50个、总投资达350亿元。
