    印发《关于推进新旧动能转换加快农业“新六产”发展的实施方案》，与中国农科院农经所签署农业“新六产”发展战略研究合作框架协议，在邹城、泗水、梁山率先开展新六产试点规划编制。2017年新认定市级重点龙头企业83家、总数589家，新增规模以上农业龙头企业47家、总数达到1026家，实现销售收入997亿元。申报国家新型职业农民实训基地1个、省级8个，新培育职业农民2350人。
