    部署开展基层民事行政检察工作推进年活动，共审查民事行政监督案件671件，提出抗诉和再审检察建议33件。集中开展虚假诉讼和生效裁判执行，以及国土资源、道路交通、土壤污染防治等领域行政执法检察监督专项行动，监督纠正执行违法、虚假诉讼案件87件，纠正行政机关履职不当等问题171个，办理的1起虚假诉讼监督案件被高检院评为年度优秀案件。加强对弱势群体的保护，办理支持起诉案件86件，帮助970名农民工追回欠薪4610万元。
