    强化刑事立案和侦查活动监督，建立健全引导侦查取证、审查逮捕案件诉讼式审查、赔偿保证金提存等机制。共监督立案91件，追捕追诉617人；监督撤案103件，决定不捕不诉1681人；抗诉刑事案件48件。强化人权司法保障，督促纠正适用强制措施不当、阻碍辩护人行使诉讼权利等问题12件，探索采用“电子手铐”非羁押措施监控取保候审犯罪嫌疑人203人。
