    印发《关于开展“关爱侨胞服务侨企法律伴我行”侨法宣传活动的意见》，开展“侨法宣传月”活动，制作宣传彩页1000份，组织县区侨联、法律咨询服务中心上街开展侨法宣传。派员参加中国侨联举办的“法治中国，你我同行”侨界群众法治学习活动。开展涉侨信访工作，信访办结率达100%。在国庆节和十九大期间，下发《市侨联矛盾纠纷大排查大化解活动实施方案》，集中开展侨联系统矛盾纠纷大排查大化解活动，全市侨界无一例上访事件。
