    截至2017年年底，全年共派出因公出访团组95批201人次，压缩不合理出访团组27批63人次，为各级财政节约经费120余万元。出访团组与海外公司、科研机构洽谈签订合同及合作意向33项，合作金额52亿美元。市领导带队支持企业“走出去”开拓市场，推动如意集团、太阳纸业、辰欣药业等在国外发展。文化出访团组在奥地利、巴西、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔等8国开展儒家文化互动交流活动，3所驻济高校与海外大学洽谈中外合作办学。
